A conversation between USSR Ambassador to China Chervonenko and Mongolian Ambassador to China Tsevegmid, where Tsevegmid relates a discussion between Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai and Mongolian Council of Ministers Chairman Luvsan on the recalling of Chinese workers from the Mongolian countryside. Tsevegmid's opinion is that the Chinese would be willing to provide more aid to Mongolia if the country backed down from it's strict Communist principles.

Additionally, the two argue about which country is following the proper ideological line, and about what propaganda materials are being printed in Mongolia.

Soviet Ambassador to Mongolia, Vasily Pisarev, reports on the discussions between Mongolian leader Tsedenbal and Chinese Deputy Prime Minister Ulanfu on Sino-Mongolian Cooperation. The ambassador reports Tsedenbal's request that China send 20,000 Chinese workers to settle in Mongolia and work in Mongolian factories. (fragments)

Information note from First Secretary I. Kalabukhov of the Far Eastern Department of the CC CPSU on Chinese teritorial claims on the People's Republic of Mongolia. The note recounts the discussions between Chinese leaders Liu Shaoqi and Zhou Enlai with Com. A.I. Mikoyan on 7 April 1956.

Discusses the cancellation of the alliance treaty between China and the Soviet Union, and the impact this will have on the Mongolian People’s Republic. They are urged not to hurry the cancellation of the treaty, however, because China has not yet explicitly asked for it. They also note that there are anti-Soviet propaganda items being spread in Korea, and the growing role the U.S. is playing in Chinese affairs.
