November 18, 1969	N. Sudarikov, 'The Main Directions of the Domestic and Foreign Policy of the KWP CC and DPRK Government and the Situation in Korea' The document describes the increased exaltation of Kim Il Sung. Regarding international relations, the DPRK diverges with the Soviet Union and other European countries. The document also touches on relations with the Soviet Union, China, and South Korea. Lastly, some issues which should be addressed during the visit of Pak Seong-cheol to the Soviet Union are mentioned.
September 13, 1969	I.I. Shtodin, 'Report about the Trip of a Delegation of the Primorsky Kray to the Province of North Hamgyong for the Celebration of the 21st Anniversary of the Proclamation of the DPRK' The delegation from Primorsky Kray visited various places in the Northern Hamgyong and describes their impressions, such as how primitive the factories were or how much the cult of Kim Il Sung was evident in society.
June 4, 1956	Record of a conversation with DPRK Ambassador to East Germany Pak Gil-ryong by S. Filatov for 4 June 1956 DPRK Ambassador to the German Democratic Republic Pak Gil-ryong speaks to Filatov about Nam Il’s report on the 3rd KWP Congress. Pak also reports that Kim Il Sung is dismissive of foreign criticism of the over emphasis on heavy industry in the DPRK and is planning to implement an ambitious five-year plan.
December 15, 1955	Record of a Conversation between Soviet Embassy Counselor Petrov and former Editor of the Journal 'Novaya Koreya' Song Jin-hwa Song Jin-hwa informs Petrov that he has officially been expelled from the KWP and has lost his position as editor of the journal “Novaya Koreya” [New Korea]. Song lists several reasons for his expulsion, and asks if as a Soviet citizen, he could be allowed to return to the USSR.
February 21, 1956	Record of a Conversation between Soviet Embassy Counsellor S. Filatov and DPRK Vice Premier Pak Ui-wan Pak tells Filatov that he does not fully agree with the KWP CC Presidium decision regarding Pak Chang-ok because the Presidium's failure to cite specific evidence. Pak Ui-wan says that he spoke well of Pak Chang-ok in a recent meeting with Kim Il Sung.
April 23, 1956	Record of a Speech delivered by Kim Il Sung at the Third Congress of the Korean Workers' Party Kim Il Sung draws on Khrushchev's speech at the 20th Congress of the CPSU in his own speech at the Third Congress of the Korean Workers' Party, and speaks to the successes of the Three-Year Plan and discusses the implementation of a similar Five-Year Plan.
April 30, 1956	Record of the Third Congress of the Korean Workers' Party by L.I. Brezhnev Brezhnev reports on the Third Congress of the Korean Workers' Party and concludes that there is a misunderstanding of the 20th Congress of the CPSU in North Korea. Brezhnev also mentions a meeting that took place, at Kim Il Sung's request, with the CPSU delegation that was present at the Third Congress.
August 30, 1956	Draft of a Statement by Yun Gong-heum at the CC Plenum of the Korean Workers' Party in August 1956 Yun Gong-heum presents a lengthy criticism of Kim Il Sung's dictatorship. He accuses "sycophants" of straying from Marxist-Leninist principles and preserving Kim's personality cult.
September 5, 1956	Letter from Seo Hwi, Yun Gong-heum, Li Pil-gyu, and Kim Gwan to the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee Seo Hwi, Yun Gong-heum, Li Pil-gyu, and Kim Gwan provide a detailed report on the events of the August Incident and the days leading up to the plenum. The four justify their actions and request the support of the Chinese Communist Party.
September 3, 1956	Letter from Ri Sang-jo to N.S. Khrushchev Ri Sang-jo urges Khrushchev to send a Sino-Soviet delegation to intervene in the aftermath of the August KWP CC Plenum.
