Kim vows to include the delegation's suggestions and the content of their discussions in the September Plenum. Mikoyan notes that Kim kept his promise at the plenary meeting that was held the next day.

This telegram lists identification numbers of five telegrams sent to Usov, Alekseevich, and Aleksandrov between November 11, 1955 and May 22, 1956 on the topic of Pak Il-u.

Ivanov lists the accusations raised against those involved in the August Plenum incident, and describes the decision which calls for their expulsion from the Korean Workers' Party.

Notes taken by Minister of Foreign Trade Anastas Mikoyan during a meeting with Mao Zedong in Beijing. They discuss relations with the United States and other Western powers and the nationalization of foreign-owned factories in China. Mikoyan also gave advice on developing the new Communist government in China. Noteably, Mikoyan wrote that "the path of the regime of the people’s democracies, or the path of the Russian Soviet revolution, is not quite appropriate for China. China has its own path of development."
