Chef de Cabinet of the United Nations C.V. Narasimhan acknowledges his receipt of an ROK government memorandum sent from ROK Ambassador to the United Nations Kim Yong Shik to Secretary-General of the United Nations U Thant. Kim's letter outlines North Korean infiltrations from 8 June 1969 to 14 June 1969 and the need to halt further actions which violate the Armistice Agreement.

Principal Secretary of the United Nations Commission for the Unification and Rehabilitation of Korea Zouheir Kuzbari reports on UNCURK's third session of 1969 to Chef de Cabinet of the United Nations C.V. Narasimhan. In the session, UNCURK representatives reviewed the North Korean infiltration of ROK eastern and western coast, discussed political and security developments in UNCURK's second report of 1969, and the non-inclusion of the Korean question in the twenty-fourth session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Secretary-General of the United Nations U Thant cables to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Pak Seong-cheol that the two Koreas will be allowed to participate in the discussion of the Korean Question provided that they unequivocally accept the competence and authority of the United Nations and they will not have the right to vote on the decision.

Founder and President of the Korean Affairs Institute Yongjeung Kim encloses his letter to President of the General Assembly of the UN Dr. Emilio Arenales in his letter to U Thant. In the enclosed letter Yongjeung Kim outlines a resolution to the Korean question and asks Dr. Arenales to circulate the resolution throughout the General Assembly before their annual debate on the Korean problem.
