January 13, 1951	Ciphered telegram, Roshchin to USSR Foreign Ministry Message to Stalin from Roshchin informing him of the Chinese receipt of one of his earlier telegrams and informing him of an invitation to Beijing to Kim Il Sung and Peng Dehuai from Mao.
November 19, 1951	Ciphered Telegram, Special No. 1821 from Beijing Telegram from Roshchin to Moscow after meeting Zhou Enlai who asked him to request of Stalin an answer to Mao's earlier inquiry on the negotiations in Korea.
January 2, 1950	Cable, Mao Zedong to the Central Committee of the CCP Mao Zedong informs the Central Committee of "an important breakthrough" in his talks with Stalin, and asks that Zhou Enlai immediately come to Moscow to conclude a new Sino-Soviet treaty.

January 22, 1950	Record of Talks between I.V. Stalin and Chairman of the Central People's Government of the People’s Republic of China Mao Zedong Conversation between Stalin and Mao concerning a proposed treaty of friendship and alliance between the USSR and China. Discussion includes: the prospects of future Japanese aggression, the Chinese-Eastern Railway (Mao and Stalin disagree on who should run its administration), the Port Arthur agreements (including the question of the port of Dalny), and economic cooperation. The economic cooperation focuses on a Soviet credit program for economic development in China, as well as the question of arms shipments to China. There is also discussion of Tibet.
September 19, 1952	Minutes of Conversation between I.V. Stalin and Zhou Enlai Conversation between Stalin and Zhou Enlai focusing on the Korean War. They discussed the exchange of POWs (and the Mexican proposal), peace negotiations, Chinese cooperation with India and Burma, and the creation of regional organizations. They also mentioned Germany (reunification), the situation/reforms in Xinjiang, Taiwan and Chiang Kai-shek (Jiang Jieshi), and military aid.
July 13, 1950	Ciphered telegram, Filippov [Stalin] to Zhou Enlai or Mao Zedong (via Roshchin) Telegram from Stalin to Mao and Zhou Enlai detailing his response to the English protest concerning "the Korean question." Also, a request for confirmation of Chinese troop movements to the Sino-Korea border, in case of a repulse of North Korean forces. Finally, a confirmation of the plans to train Chinese pilots on Soviet jets, to be followed by the transfer of the jets to Chinese possession.
July 25, 1950	Ciphered Telegram No. 13645 from Vyshinsky to Roschin Telegram relaying message from Stalin to Mao and Zhou Enlai agreeing with proposal to train Chinese pilots on Soviet jet planes.
April 11, 1967	Summary of Zhou Enlai's Talk with Pham Van Dong and Vo Nguyen Giap Zhou Enlai warns the Vietnamese delegation not to bend to Soviet demands.
