June 8, 1979	Hungarian Embassy in Canada, Ciphered Telegram, 8 June 1979. Subject: Vietnamese-DPRK relations. The increasingly dicey relations between North Korea and Vietnam are highlighted in this telegram. North Korea continues to side with China and Cambodia in Vietnamese policies, and is pushing for Vietnamese expulsion from the Non-Aligned Movement. Such acts are bringing Vietnam to the breaking point in its relations with North Korea, heralding a recall of its ambassador from Pyongyang.
March 2, 1983	Hungarian Embassy in Mongolia, Report, 2 March 1983. Subject: Vietnamese views about North Korean policies. The report concerns Vietnamese relations with North Korea. Vietnam views the policies of the ruling North Korean party to be counter to the ideals of Marxism, and has provided for strained relations. Vietnam also believes North Korea to be conspiring with China against Vietnam. The question of the Non-Aligned Movement's objectives was also a topic for discussion.

January 7, 1974	Hungarian Embassy in the DPRK, Telegram, 7 January 1974. Subject: Korean-Vietnamese relations The telegram speaks of the establishment of relations between North Korea and South Vietnam.
July 10, 1972	Hungarian Embassy in the DPRK, Telegram, 10 July 1972. Subject: Vietnamese Reactions to the Joint Declaration of the Two Koreas The telegram discusses the South Vietnamese reactions to the joint declaration of North and South Korea. The ambassador expresses his reservations about it, as he fears it may disarm the revolutionaries in the South.

May 27, 1966	Excerpts from Leonid Brezhnev's May 1966 Speech on Talks with Kim Il Sung Excerpts from Leonid Brezhnev's speech at the CC CPSU Plenum on the morning of May 27, 1966, in which he discusses his visit to North Korea and meetings with Kim Il-Sung, as well as Soviet and North Korea relations with North Vietnam, China, and Japan.
1970	Statement from the US Peoples' Anti-Imperialist Delegation to Korea Eldridge Cleaver praises Kim Il Sung and the Korean people as models of the anti-imperialist struggle and suggests that US imperialism has been crumbling since its "defeat" in the Korean War. Cleaver praises North Korean economic development in heavy industry and light industry and in agriculture which serves the purpose of liberating the people. Suggesting that the Korean peninsula can only be unified by the Koreans themselves, Cleaver indicates his support for North Korea's efforts to unify Korea against US imperialism, warning that the US imperialists that they will suffer a heavier loss if they provoke another war.
