January 24, 1968	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, TOP SECRET, No. 76.013, Flash The Embassy of Romania in the DPRK reports on the response of the North Korean press to the Blue House Raid and announces that an American ship, the USS Pueblo, has been captured by the North Koreans near Wonsan.
January 22, 1968	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, TOP SECRET, No. 76.012, Urgent The Embassy of Romania in the DPRK offers an initial assessment of the Blue House Raid based upon broadcasts from a Seoul radio station and speculates how North Korea will respond to allegations that it dispatched commandos into South Korea.

April 9, 1968	Excerpt from Leonid Brezhnev’s Speech at the April (1968) CC CPSU Plenum, "On the Current Problems of the International Situation and on the Struggle of the CPSU for the Unity of the International Communist Movement" Brezhnev describes the recent development of the Pueblo Incident, which includes the increase in US military deployment to the East and intentions of DPRK and USSR to strengthen ties.
May 6, 1968	Record of Conversation between Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR Aleksei Kosygin and North Korean Ambassador in the USSR Jeong Du-hwan DPRK diplomat, Jeong Du-hwan expresses his satisfaction about the mutual relationship between the DPRK and the Soviet Union. He discusses the Pueblo incident, and remarks on the increased tension on the Korean peninsula and in the far east. A.N. Kosgygin describes in frank detail, the continuous economic co-operation that the Soviet Union has with the DPRK.

February 15, 1968	Report from East German Ambassador to North Korea, 'Some Aspects of the Political Line of the Korean Workers’ Party after the January Events Ambassador Holub analyzes the historical context underlying North Korea's military adventurism in 1968.
July 29, 1968	A Conversation with the 1st Secretary of the Embassy of the USSR in the DPRK, Comrade Zvetkov, and Comrade Jarck. With the lack of coal, coke, water, steel, and iron Kim Il Sung expresses the domestic problems in the DPRK to Comrade Novikov. He thanks the USSR for their aid and stresses the importance of the organization of Communist countries especially after the Pueblo incident.
January 24, 1968	Memorandum of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK for the Ambassadors and Acting Ambassadors of all Socialist Countries accredited to the DPRK Kim Jae-bong claims the U.S. is trying to instigate a new war in Korea via the USS Pueblo Incident and urges the socialist countries to support North Korea.
January 29, 1968	Memorandum of Conversation with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Hungary, Comrade Kadasch Ho Seok-tae informs Comrade Kadasch that he is going to send a delegation to the United Nations Security Council to explain the USS Pueblo incident and that he has asked the Hungarians to defend the DPRK at the UN.
