July 24, 1965	Transcript of the Reception of a Workers Party of Vietnam Delegation at the Central Committee of the Romanian Communist Party This document is a transcription of the conversation exchanged between Nicolae Ceausescu and Le Duc Tho regarding the reception of the Vietnamese Workers Party delegation by the Romanian Communist Party and the reluctance of the Vietnamese to engage in negotiations with the United States over the Vietnam conflict.
May 28, 1965	Note of Conversation on Occasion of the Reception of the Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in Bucharest, Hoang Tu This conversation consists of a briefing on the situation in Vietnam, including the failures of recent US military plans, US military escalation, and the topics discussed by the Vietnamese Worker's Party delegation with the Soviet Union Communist Party in Moscow.
January 20, 1951	Report from P. F. Yudin to I. V. Stalin on Meetings with the Leaders of the Communist Party of China, including Mao Zedong on 31 December 1950 Yudin recounts his meetings with Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi, and Zhou Enlai. In three meetings, Yudin learned more about China's relations with other communist parties in Asia, economic conditions in China, and developments in the Korean War.

October 11, 1973	Meeting of Prime Minister Trudeau and Premier Zhou Enlai at the State Guest House (Diaoyutai) Zhou Enlai offers Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau an extensive history of the Chinese Civil War and Chinese Revolution. Zhou also comments on China's foreign policy positions toward and views on the Soviet Union, nuclear war, Bangladesh, revisionism, and great power hegemony, among other topics.
November 14, 1954	Jawaharlal Nehru, 'Note on Visit to China and Indo-China' Nehru gives a detailed report on his visit to China and Indo-China. He first gives a summary of the issues and topics he covered in discussions in China with Zhou En-Lai and Mao, which covered a broad range of subjects including China's Five Year Plan, and various foreign policy issues. Nehru then describes his visit to Indochina, where he speaks with Ho Chi Minh (five days after he takes control of Hanoi) in North Vietnam, and also tours South Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
July 5, 1954	Transcript, Ho Chi Minh's presentation at the Liuzhou Conference (excerpt) In his speech to the Liuzhou Conference, Ho Chi Minh thanks Premier Zhou for helping the Communist Party of Indochina. Ho Chi Minh then goes on to talk about the situation in Vietnam, and how they should be pursuing peace, but preparing for both war.
June 15, 1954	Summary, Zhou Enlai's presentation at a meeting of the Chinese, Soviet, and Vietnamese delegations Zhou Enlai states that under the current situation the communist side should make concessions on the Laos and Cambodia questions so that the conference will continue. Additionally he sees the key issue in the negotiation now is whether to acknowledge that there are Vietnamese troops in the two countries.
June 14, 1954	Telegram, Zhou Enlai to Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi and the CCP Central Committee (excerpt) Zhou Enlai writes that the French concern for their troops has made them more willing to negotiate. Additionally Zhou assures Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi and the CCP Central Committee that their side has maintained a positive attitude and the world will be left with the impression that their side has consistently pursued negotiations for reaching an agreement, whereas the US is merely attempting to sabotage the conference.
