Zhou also discusses China's difficult relations with North Korea and the Vietnam War.
September 16, 1952	Report, Zhou Enlai to the Chairman [Mao Zedong] and the Central Committee Zhou Enlai updates Mao Zedong on the latest conversations with Stalin and other members of the Soviet leadership. Mao admits to Mikoyan that the KWP leadership may not heed their advice, but they decide to send a joint delegation to Pyongyang the next morning.
