March 25, 1965	Transcript of Conversations Between the Romanian Delegation Led by First Secretary of the C.C. of the R.W.P., Nicolae Ceausescu, and the Chinese Delegation, Led by Premier of the Council of State of the Chinese P.R., Zhou Enlai This conversation between Romanian First Secretary, Nicolae Ceausescu, and the Chinese Premier, Zhou Enlai, states the Chinese desire to strengthen relations between the two countries and discusses the various courses of action that the two could pursue in regards to resolving the Vietnam conflict, should the United States escalate its involvement.
September 3, 1969	Minutes of Conversation between the Shah and Nicolae Ceaușescu, Teheran The Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi spoke with Nicolae Ceaușescu regarding President Nixon's speech in which he talks about disengaging the US from issues that do not concern the US, but also not abandoning allies. The Shah recalled that he told President Nixon long ago to withdraw from Vietnam. The Arab-Israeli conflict was also discussed.
September 7, 1969	Minutes of Conversation between Ion Gheorghe Maurer, Paul Niculescu Mizil, Zhou Enlai, and Li Xiannian on 7 September 1969 Conversation between Romanian and Chinese representatives. Romanians note that Nixon seemed sincere in his desire to normalize relations with China, and that he believed the Vietnam issue could not be solved militarily. The Romanians believe that Vietnam should pursue the opportunity for talks. Zhou Enlai states that the widespread activity of the USSR proves that the Soviet leaders are "crazy." The Romanians affirm that they would encourage neither the USSR or China to heighten aggression with the other.
August 4, 1969	Minutes of the Meeting of the Romanian Executive Committee Regarding US President Richard Nixon’s Visit to Romania (2-3 August), and the Discussions that Took Place on that Occasion Minutes from a meeting of the RCP CC Executive Committee, discussing a meeting between Romanian officials and Nixon's delegation from the United States. They discuss how Nixon proposed they come to some agreement on a peaceful resolution in Vietnam, guaranteeing South Vietnamese sovereignty and democratic elections. On this, both parties agree. They also briefly discuss American industrial and scientific progress.
March 26, 1965	Minutes of a Conversation Between the RCP Leadership led by Nicolae Ceausescu and the CCP Leadership Led by Zhou Enlai Zhou Enlai, Maurer, and Ceausescu discuss US military engagement in South Vietnam and USSR's response.
May 10, 1975	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, SECRET, No. 059.156 At a recent state visit of the DPRK delegation to the PRC, both countries look at the developments in Indochina as positive and as predicted changes to the Korean Peninsula. Beijing agrees to increase trade and economic cooperation with North Korea while promising to keep distance from Seoul.
March 11, 1975	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, No. 059.076 North Koreans report that the South Koreans are concerned with the imminent fall of South Vietnam. At the same time, Seoul is moving to ensure the continued presence of US troops on the Korean Peninsula even after the U.N. troops’ headquarters in South Korea. While Pyongyang can observe increased popular dissent against Park Chung Hee, the North Koreas worry that not even the anti-government opposition foster anti-American sentiments
April 4, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang, No.061.113, Urgent, SECRET KWP Centeral Committee member Kim Yeongnam explains to the Romanian representative that the DPRK proposed changes in the North-South Coordination Committee meeting to ease tensions and transform the armistice into a peace treaty. Kim blames the South Korean hawks and separatists who abide by the interests of the US and Japan for the lack of progress. Despite the impasse, the North Koreans look to the internal dissent against Park Chung Hee in South Korea as a sign of support for Pyongyang.
February 23, 1968	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, TOP SECRET, No. 76.049, Flash The Embassy of Romania in the DPRK reports on General Pak Jeong-guk and his negotiations with the United States over the release of the USS Pueblo crew.
February 19, 1968	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, TOP SECRET, No. 76.047, Regular The Embassy of Romania in the DPRK conveys the views of Le Thet Hung following the seizure of the USS Pueblo.
