June 27, 1978	Exposition of the Conversations with Cde. V. I. Potapov, Chief of the Romanian Sector of the CPSU CC Briefing given by V. I. Potapov on the dispute between the USSR and the SSR regarding the historical treatment of Soviet-Romanian relations. The SSR was accused of pursuing an independent foreign policy and offering a bad example for other socialist countries. Some issues examined were: the Romanian position in the Belgrade Negotiations, the RCP attitude towards “Eurocommunism," the Romanian position towards Africa, the Middle East and China and the Moldavian question.
July 26, 1965	Stenographic Transcript of Discussions Held with Chinese Communist Party Delegation to the 9th Congress of Romanian Communist Party The meeting focuses on disagreements between the Chinese and Soviets regarding the Vietnam War and general support to the North Vietnamese. The two sides also discuss general relations among the Warsaw Pact countries.
August 4, 1971	Minutes of the Joint Meeting of the Central Committee and the Ministers’ Council These notes discuss foreign policy issues related to China, Hungary, the Soviet Union, and Romania. To quote the document itself, it "was a bilateral discussion of the internal situation of fraternal Parties and countries, and later an exchange of opinion on contemporary foreign policy questions and the problems of the international workers’ movement."

Gomulka and Dej also discuss the idea of convening a conference of Communist and Worker’s parties.

Premier Zhou Enlai attended the event and gave a speech condemning the Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia.
August 26, 1963	Report, Embassy of Hungary in North Korea to the Hungarian Foreign Ministry A report by Hungarian Ambassador in North Korea on two meetings between the Romanian Ambassador and Kim Il Sung in which the two discussed bilateral relations, trade, geological surveys in North Korea, and North Korea's relations with China and the Soviet Union.
June 11, 1975	Todor Zhivkov’s Consultations with Soviet Experts on Relations with Romania Prior to his visit to Bucharest, Todor Zhivkov meets Soviet representatives in Sofia in an attempt to co-ordinate Bulgarian policy toward Romania with the Soviet government. They discuss Soviet-Romanian relations, role of Romania in the Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Romania in the Warsaw Pact and COMECON, Romania and the Non-Aligned Movement, Sino-Soviet relations, etc.
January 13, 1979	Minutes of Conversation, Todor Zhivkov – Leonid Brezhnev Leonid Ilyich analyzes the establishment of US-Chinese diplomatic relations and recent developments in Iran and the Middle East. Todor Zhivkov talks about Bulgaria’s economic development and the Soviet cancellation of Bulgarian debt.
