September 4, 1979	Letter, Robert Ballanger to Kurt Waldheim Robert Ballanger, president of the Communiste Group to the Paris National Assembly, denounces President Carter's decision to postpone the withdrawal of US troops stationed in South Korea and urges all destructive arms to be removed from South Korea.
November 18, 1977	Letter, N. Bossoondyal, Socialist Working Youth of Mauritius, to Kurt Waldheim N. Bossoondyal, president of Socialist Working Youth League of Mauritius, denounces the United States of stationing its troop in South Korea and impeding reunification.
October 18, 1977	Letter, Edwin James, President of Guyana Committee for Support of the Korea's Reunification President Edwin James of Guyana Committee for Support of the Korea's Reunification denounces United Nations' decisions concerning Korea, and argues that the United States must withdraw its troops from South Korea and replace the Korean Armistice Agreement with peace agreement.

July 30, 1971	Letter, UNCURK Principal Secretary Kuzbari to UN Chef de Cabinet Narasimhan The ROK government is anxious about the Nixon-Zhou Enlai meeting.Their anxiety stems from the US military disengagement in the ROK, Zhou's four-point program, and the potential for communist China to sway UN votes on the Korean question.
June 25, 1971	Letter, UNCURK Principal Secretary Kuzbari to UN Chef de Cabinet Narasimhan The ROK government deals with student protesters by reopening schools, but the government and National Assembly is still divided. The functionality of the National Assembly depends on the relationship between the NDP and DRP. Additionally, all sides share displeasure from all over US Secretary of Defense's statement that the US will not longer provide ground troops for future Asian conflicts.
February 19, 1971	Letter, UNCURK Principal Secretary Kuzbari to UN Chef de Cabinet Narasimhan The ROK-US airlift military exercise "Freedom Vault" raises tensions with North Korean. The timing of the exercise may also bolster the current administration's prospect for reelection. Additionally, ROK troops are replacing US troops in the DMZ.
February 12, 1971	Letter, UNCURK Principal Secretary Kuzbari to UN Chef de Cabinet Narasimhan With the withdrawal of US forces, ROK forces will assume full responsibility for the DMZ, with exception of Panmunjom. Additionally, the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections will have a strong effect on the political stability of ROK.
February 12, 1971	Letter, UNCURK Principal Secretary Kuzbari to UN Chef de Cabinet Narasimhan Upon concluding the discussions on the reduction of US troops, Park Chung Hee announces that, with the exception of Panmunjom, ROK forces will be responsible for the DMZ.
January 14, 1971	Letter, UNCURK Principal Secretary Kuzbari to UN Chef de Cabinet Narasimhan, Withdrawal of ROK Troops from Vietnam During a press conference, President Park Chung Hee announces the withdrawal of ROK troops from Vietnam. Kuzbari notes that this decision is likely due to the upcoming presidential election, the strong opposition party, and the withdrawal of US troops from the ROK.
