President Rhee asks Minister Kim to discuss Korea's admission to SEATO with other representatives from France, Philippines, and Thailand.

President Rhee expresses concern about South Korea's admission to the Colombo Plan and America's passive stance on Red China.

Kim Gu (Kim Koo) and the Chinese Nationalist Minister Liu Yuwan discuss Kim's participation in the South Korean government, his attendance at a conference in Pyongyang, and the possibility of a Russian-led attack on southern Korea.
