Letter, N. Solodovnik to Cde. A.A. Smirnov, forwarding I. Bakulin's 'Memo about Mohammed Reza Pahlavi, the Shah and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Iran'

This memo includes a brief background about the Shah of Iran, and goes into great depth about the Shah's most recently implemented reforms and policies, as well as his suppression of opposition forces in Iran and Iranian foreign policy that is closely aligned with Western powers. Also discusses Iran's relation with the Soviet Union.

Letter to the CPSU Central Committee, Request from Radmanesh Regarding Persecution of People's Party of Iran by Iranian Authorities

In this letter, Radmanesh requests that the CPSU CC help save the members of the NPI CC that have been sentenced to execution by Iran's military courts. He also asks permission to send Iraj Iskanderi and Ehsan Tabari to Prague to help protest these executions.

Letter to the CPSU Central Committee, Request from Radmanesh for Mortaza Yazdi

In this letter the People's Party of Iran request that the CPSU CC help Doctor Mortaza Yazdi and Sharmini among others, as they are all facing execution by the Tehran's military court. Also asks to send Iraj Iskanderi and Ehsan Tabari to Prague to organize protests against executions. The CPSU CC denied the request to go to Prague, but agreed to appeal to various fraternal Communist parties and organize a protest campaign.

Radmanesh asks that the CPSU CC furnish Iskander's apartment and provide his family with winter clothing.

This letter addresses Radmanesh's request that the CPSU CC give Iskanderi financial aid in order to help him obtain winter things and furniture for his family. The CPSU CC agreed to this request.

Radmanesh explains that because Mozafari lost an arm while carrying out a Party assignment, he should be allowed 700 rubles as an allowance as opposed to the original 500.

This letter describes the request of Cde. Radmanesh who requested that the CPSU CC increases the financial aid given to political emigre Mozafari due to the fact that Mozafari is an invalid. The CPSU CC agreed to this request.

This letter describes the Bulgarian government's request that Nyuzkhet Hijeran Nihat be sent to lecture in Turkish language and literature for one year at Sofia University. However, the CPSU CC cannot recommend him because of his previous unsatisfactory work while in Moscow.

Letter to CPSU Central Committee Secretary Khrushchev, Statement of Mir Aga Azari

This statement by Azari accuses the Democratic Party of Southern Azerbaijan's leaders of abusing their authority and expelling Party members if they criticized the actions of the leadership. He appeals to Khrushchev to do something about the nature of the party and its leaders, as well as to look into his own personal case of expulsion.

Memo from I. Kozlov regarding Mir Agara Azari and the Democractic Party of Iranian Azerbaijan

This memo addresses Azari's letters to the CPSU CC and notes that the highest ranked leaders of the Democratic Party of Iranian Azerbaijan stated that Azari pursued disruptive work within the party and that they had all been elected democratically. The decision was made to not send a commission to Baku or invite Azari to Moscow, and rather that he should pursue his reinstatement himself.
